I now have three hot tubs dedicated to growing strawberries. Super easy to keep free of weeds. Carrots in a forth tub.

Next year I am going to acquire some IBC totes and try cutting the tops out. Should work.

Growing food and fish inside a Wallipi (sunken) greenhouse using old hot tubs or IBC totes seems quite viable (compatible)

These should be thought of as season extenders. You can easily extend your grow season thirty days in the spring and another thirty to forty five in the fall. An idea I never pursued was some sort of fold-up design or perhaps a hinged design.
