Who is it??

Technologically it would be trivial to harden US elections against fraud, so it's simple to deduce that the system is controlled by people who do not want fair elections.

It's about political will. Who benefits from being able to cheat? The establishment. The good times roll for the politicians and their hangarounds as long as nothing changes. Nothing should threaten status quo. Not even the elections. That's why it's all pre-determined according to the deals.

The elections are a show. Deals are made between GOP and DNC, a script is written and everybody's supposed to understand that it's just a show. That would explain why Trump's not going along with it (i.e. he's not read into the program or he refuses to participate in it) AND why GOP's not fighting back.

Remember how energized GOP was when GWB was fighting Gore and how weak, ultimately, DNC's response was? GWB's win was written into the script, the candidates knew it, and the rest was just a show. Hell, maybe this is the way how GOP pays back GWB's terms - by not fighting back.
