If you are following the G-TV releases, you would recognise the white poodle in the picture, where the young (19 years old at the time) black woman with the birthmark on her right thigh, is riden' Biden. That looks like Melissa Cohen's poodle.

A woman who could be Melissa is lying on the bed, fully clothed, in the picture where Lady Gaga is smoking crack while Hunter watches porn, naked at his laptop.

Both these pictures make me suspect that Hunter met Melissa a year earlier than he pretends. He was breaking up with his wife and also with his sister in law at the time, so he would deny the earlier relationship. It also allows his African adoption consultant Mother-in-law to pretend that the marriage was a complete surprise.
