Some of them are take out only but 80% of them let you sit inside (South Dakota) Some opened after the first national lockdown but not as buffets as they are banned.. you had to order each plate from the menu, not walk around and serve yourself buffet... Not the same feel.. Went to a Chinese all-you-can-eat one and they just gave you tiny portions of each thing you ordered from the menu on your phone..
