Take the 7-Day Dreaming for Gamers Dream Challenge!
I put out a 7-Day challenge that teaches active dream programming using source-material where you pick something you want to dream about be it a video game, movie, tv show or even a walk in the park then learn how to "paint" your dream content with source material like a good dream artist.

So far 21 people have had either an incorporation of their source material or a full-blown interactive dream replay. Not everyone is doing games, but those who have I've seen The Last of Us 2, Fall Guys, The Outer Worlds, Cyberpunk 2077, Beyond Blue, Rage 2 as some of the successful adaptations to dream replay.

For movies, I've seen Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Into the Abyss emerge in some of the successes.

Outside of pop-culture influnces there are some just creating beautiful natural settings. It's not hard to do except most people are passive dreamers and not aware that dreaming really is an active skill that requires some level of involvement or participaction to develop.

Check it out if you want to create some nice dream vacations in mad 2020.

Watched your video. A bunch of liberal nutbags crap as usual.

First, dreams are spiritual as well as memories and relationships.

The bible gives countless examples of dreams being warnings of future events.

But of course junk science doesn't believe in spiritual, super natural entities so of course your homo "Art Dreaming" takes spirituality out of the equation.

All you're doing to manipulation of the mind to give you a homo "safe space" as your video calls it, where you program your mind to whatever dimented fantasy you shallow retards want.

Then have dreams about your twisted fantasy because that's what you focused on.

Don't listen to this idiot or do any of the steps to manipulate and corrupt your mind.

Let your dreams be random, insightful, spiritual experiences that you learn from, take heed of warnings from, and grow spirituality from, rather than program your mind with things you already know and are of no value to you.

The vast majority of people do not develop their ability to dream, so their brains go into cognitive decline. That is a fact.

This stunted development causes a wide range of "wildness" to appear in their dream content not being in control of the influences shaping their dream content ranging from fears, anxieties and a multitude of problems that cause many people to not want to dream.

Every person has 3-5 dreams each night, some birds dream and every mammal dreams. It is a very important part of our long-term memory consolidation, a way our mind creates "what-if" scenerios and sorts out many of our psychological states including problem solving.

Passively dreaming will turn your dreaming mind to mush. Active dreaming like going to the gym will strengthen your ability to dream giving you much more control and choices when in a dream environment. This becomes very useful when nightmare like elements appear because a properly trained dreamer can dismiss the nightmare and replace it with something pleasant.

The source-material is of your choosing not mine. Make it your bible if that is what you want to use. Want to jam out with God and Jesus, have at it. Enjoy that in your dream-replay.

Re: Take the 7-Day Dreaming for Gamers Dream Challenge!
Here's a podcast you can listen to, one of the people taking my course talks about all the improvements that came with training dreaming as a skill, it will prove that Kiggzor has his head far up his ass on this topic.

[link to www.spreaker.com (secure)]

I am actually helping people overcome many problems including night-terrors and PSTD through proper dreaming practices. I've helped people restore their ability to taste/touch/smell in their dreams when these cognitive attributes of the dreaming mind decayed into cognitive decline. Here are some of their own accounts:

Angie88
Faced All My Negative Psychological Inhibitors Successfully!

In this course i learned i really had some negative psychological inhibitors to confront and i did so by replacing them with positive ones while aware in the dream. Also, noted i had some anxiety and PTSD from childhood trauma which i overcame through dreaming. Even if you do not have nightmares this course can and will benefit your dream experiences, what better way to deal with psychological issues than dealing with them in your dream state, It far outweighs heading to the doctor for treatment. I found a remarkable improvement in my waking life as well. This course is highly recommended for every person, especially considering the conditions we are facing in the world today.

Marshy
The course had a lot of great information to help come to terms with and release some of your fears.

I’ve not been having ghost and monster dreams of late. I have been letting some negative psychology spill over into my dreams. I’m no longer running away from these dreams which I think is a positive step.

Completing the course modules has had me take action and that helped me align with some self help study I’ve raked through in the past.

Progressing through this one shows you how you utilize access some positive self influence to act out within your dreams.

Slackbutt
Top notch stuff!

I had no doubt that this course would further enhance my dreamlife. Not only while I was working through the course did it give me my best lucid dream so far, ~1 hour total control. I have also started to level up all my senses, so that I really can call my dreams a second life experience, with superpowers! I can now taste in my dreams, feel the warm sun on my skin and touch objects and get a very natural feedback from all of this. Now I just need to keep mapping out everything that I want to be part of my dreamlife. Fun stuff!

Marshy
Bringing forth the sences

When performing the course modules it was clearly apparent that until now I’d been allowing my sensory perception to become dull. True in both in waking life and even more so in dreams.

The methods presented in the course allowed me to reinstate and sharpen the sences that I allowed to go offline.

I can now hear, smell and touch things in my dreams with a decent level of awaress. (Soon hopefully taste)

Best thing is with the methods I’ve learned Ican continue tohone and improve the sences.

You get what you put in.

Actually, mall themes are very common in many people. I have dreams of being in malls all the time, this morning in fact I had one. I'll share the dream from my journal. And there are a few persistent dream world people I know who only dream in one alternate dream setting or world with continuity... such a great mystery in the nature of our dreams. Here's my todays entry the mall had a food court.

Nov 10,2020:

This was interesting as I've been playing SWKOR and the game present in this dream, never played it. A completely inventive, creative, and non-existent game in real-life. Cutting through the mundane portion of the dreams, I become self-aware and know I am dreaming. I decide to do something fun and I want to see what it's like to pick up vehicles and just throw them in the dream. I've noticed I don't experience mass as I do in waking life, one of the tells in my dream so picking up a car should be relatively easy.

I'm already in a parking lot that inspires the idea, and I go and grab the front of a mid-sized car and start to lift. It does give a sense of resistance, but I rationalize it's all just self-imposed rule-sets and proceed to lift the car up, I get right underneath it and lift it over my head. Lots of fun and I decide now to see how far I can throw the car, so I toss it and it flies probably about 30 feet.

There is a larger vehicle, an SUV and I decide to do the same and lift it up like I did the car, and decide to throw it as well, off it goes. Then I want a larger vehicle to try to throw and see a row of school busses, there were some mini-busses and some full-size busses. I walk over to the full-size bus and lift it from the side which causes it to fall over. It's a bit harder to manage but I find after some fuss I get it to lift up as well and toss it forward into a building.

Now that was a blast. Felt like being super-man for a moment. After satisfying that curiosity I thought about what kind of game world do I want to create. And since I was in challenge mode testing myself I thought an Anime style MMORPG might be fun. I was curious as to what my mind would have to output with that intent and start to work on framing the world.

I use a type of cell-shading that is very similar in many games like Borderlands 3 and the world changes to a Neo-Tokyo style world. Very much like Ghost in the Shell and Akira. I also mod my dream avatar and make myself this handsome elf-like character with blue skin, tall but very much like an Anime character.

The dream now was both cartoonish and 3D cell-shaded perfectly. There was this one dream character who was like a young imp, he had a devil's tail with the classic triangle end, small horns but looked perfectly like an Anime character but in 3D. Also, the facial animations composed such perfect realism when he spoke and he was trying to set me up for some adventure telling me something bad was going down, I had to follow him. The role-play elements were emerging so I started to go with the flow. Just one more detail I remember he was wearing a paper-boy style had and brown leather trench coat as his tail was poking through the divide in the coat.

This female anime character catches up to us, she has amazingly detailed and beautiful white hair, wearing a very animated and flowing dress/combat armor with this large sword almost like from Devil May Cry. She looked so perfectly Anime and of course, the voice was awesome as well. She joined our party apparently aware of what we were fighting which sounded like some demons.

I check myself to see what weapons I had, and I had a holster with a pistol in it. Probably influenced by my STKOR smuggler and I arm myself with the gun which is very much fantasy inspired, not at all like a real gun. More steam-punk than anything else but it looked cool and that is all that mattered for this genre and art. I wasn't being too picky at this point just having fun.

We head down this street and this large military vehicle pulls up with a triangular snow-plow front end which obviously was for ramming other vehicles. The vehicle was cell-shaded, dark blue tones, and had a turret at the top with some soldiers. This general comes out of the vehicle, he's in full military gear with rank decals and brass wearing generals had and still in perfect cell-shaded Anime.

He tells us that the military had quarantined the area and that no one was allowed into the city, it was overrun with hostiles and they were awaiting more reinforcements. The city looks very nice, all these Cyberpunk 2077 and STKOR city influences I've been mapping out is paying off in creating some really out-of-this-world fantasy cityscapes. It had that Neo-Tokyo feels from Ghost in the Shell with holograms and other amazingly beautiful street art.

The paper-boy companion wants us to ditch the military he knows away into the city and we go into this building. This other anime woman appears, she has dark straight black hair, beautiful anime eyes looked better than anything I could draw. She was wearing a tight spandex style combat suit, kind of reminded me a bit like Alita Battle Angel, but a bit older, the mid-20s and she had a whip as a weapon.

She didn't look like Alita however, far more generic Anime style with the classic short-bangs, but long flowing black hair fully straight. We head into what was a type of mall and through a food court, I could smell the foods and they smelled amazing. I was still very aware that I was dreaming but decided I couldn't pass up trying some food. The paper-boy demon kid was all upset, "This isn't the time to stop and eat."

But I mean, in my dream the food not only smelled good but it looked good. Lots of different types of sushi, a buffet-style restaurant which I went to. I loaded up at the buffet and had some dumplings and curry. They all get in on getting food and we sit at a table and I start to try some food. It of course tastes great, there was something I think ginger beef because the flavor of the ginger and sweetness was quite memorable. All those years of mapping out different foods for my dreams certainly pays off.

The two Anime women at the party start to get a bit flirty with me saying they didn't realize how handsome I looked. Keep in mind, my dream avatar is not at all what I look like in RL, I've totally modded it for this genre and have that charming handsome heroic vibe going on. The paperboy demon character gets jealous and tells the women to stop flirting with me reminding us we have an important mission to do.

The dark-haired character says she has a new mission, and she starts to come on to me. I didn't know what to do, I usually try to avoid encounters like this in the dream as it throws off the remainder of the story but I guess I lost some level of lucidity at this point because she certainly changed the mission and gave me this big kiss and though not-real she felt very real.

Can't really complain, she was after all probably one the most beautiful women I've laid eyes on being a dream and all. The kiss was definitely one to remember. But of course, that causes me to wake up hence why I try to avoid it. I find anything that trips the limbic system to quickly causes my body to respond which just collapses the dream thus I don't know what the rest of the mission would have been like, the dream was just getting good until some DC decides to get all randy lol. So if you read my DJ entries and find me avoiding the temptations of ultra-super model hot women it's not that I don't want too it's that I usually don't want to wake up.

But that's the ebb and flow of dreaming, the Anime MMORPG style dream was a blast, it was artistic, creative, and beautiful. Pure heavy-metal in every sense of the word I'll chalk it up as one of my better dreams this week. Had I been more self-aware before the kiss I would have certainly avoided it because I regret not seeing the rest of the story unfold. Was a lot of fun.

Used to have many lucid dreams about 10-15 years ago. Had kids and unfortunately begin lacking time to meditate and devote to it. I recall having lucid dreams as Neo from the matrix. I would have his speed and fighting ability and even recall getting shot and laughing when the bullets bounced right off me. I have a good lucid dream about once per month now. My favorite dream activities are flying and walking through walls. I can press my hand through a solid structure and feel the inner linings of the wall, really an amazing feeling. When I was having several lucid dreams per night, I used to pass through mirrors in the dream world. Once I passed through, things would get dark and I would have to push my way out of the darkness. Once the kids are older and out of house, I'd like to redevelop this ability and begin practicing again.

Lucid dreaming is a lot of fun, I've been at it now for 33 years started in 1987. I've also walked through walls and same effect interestingly on passing through mirrors, I end up in a dark void instead of a new dream setting. but it feels really cool so I've passed through mirrors a lot just for fun.

It is challenging to train when there is a lot of life-load in the way for sure. I'm 48 and do daily dream training to keep the skill from decaying into atrophy it's my only real dicipline at my age other than the ususal work, cook food etc.

It has a lot to do with ossilation frequencies in the hippocampus and GABA at least to what current neuroscience is pointing to as to why we can percieve more time in our dreams than what we sleep.

My longest stint has been 2 weeks in 30 minutes of sleep but I know people who claim longer, one Indian Dream Yoga told me their record time is 10 years. I find 2 weeks my max hard to break, ususally it's just hours or a couple days when it does kick in.

However, I can be lucid and often these dreams are really now vacations, very nice and rewarding until I wake up.

It's been fun returning to this game, my two friends and I are hacking through our class quests and heroics, now on Hoth which is a very visually fun planet. I played a good portion of the game in first-person mapping out details as paint for dream replay. When we finished the Heroics on Hoth, I went right to bed with the nice payload of information for the REM Replay and Sensory-Replay construction (SRC).

It's this particular part of this practice that often yields the desired results. I'm playing a female Twi'Lek Smuggler Scoundrel for healing support and it's the first time I've decided to play a healing class in an MMORPG. Not a bad choice for mapping details because it's playable in first-person, lets me focus on the game details more closely.

During the SRC once the visual part of this pre-dream process starts to emerge, lots of great images of Hoth including the Tauntauns and Wampas cycling through as I reviewed the gaming session memories setting up the intention to use this material as paint for my dreams. Being my first-sleep cycle I don't try to remain self-aware so these dreams tend to be non-lucid, the usual unconscious type of dreams. I was seeing my character in the replay shooting her blaster moving in and out of first-person. When I fell asleep, I was immediately in the replay mode of memory-consolidation and the game influence was spot-on, however, I was in observer mode watching my character.

In the dream, she was perfect in all details from her wardrobe, to the color of her skin, the headgear and textures and patterns of her Lukku. I could hear her talking, even her voice was correct so these details were nice. She was walking in a spaceport and there was a person frozen in Carbonite standing verticle looking very much like it does from the game, but now in the 3D high-fidelity rendering of what dreams can provide.

I've been seeing a lot of these in the game and of course, as a smuggler, you have one on the ship that is part of the class quest chain. So common are they, she comments, "They sure like freezing people in carbonite. Seems like the standard way of transporting people these days."

The people moving the frozen victim were imperial officers, they also looked very spot on from the game influences. "It's the safest way to transport prisoners." one of the officers tells her. In this observer mode, it's like just being a free-floating camera and I move to look at the person frozen from the side-perspective to a front-perspective and the details were just outstandingly realistic.

She turns to leave so I follow her in this third-person mode much like it is from the game when you play. And she spawns her speeder just like in-game, starts to drive through the spaceport and goes outside. She is in Hoth, the white snow-covered planet looked amazing, The same style of buildings and characters as expected where there. I saw a medical droid, quite often I use these to sell inventory so lots of mapping out their details. She drives past it and I pause to look at it.

The dream starts to transition however into the next dream in the consciousness stream. Pretty standard change, I'm not really in control of directing it as I would have liked but that's the lack of self-awareness and manage to have several other normal waking-life influenced dreams.

Suffice to say, it was a very accurate replay of game influences on the first dream in that chain. Lot's of fun. I'm no stranger to Star Wars influenced dreams. I credit that movie as being the huge game-changer for my dreaming practice from my childhood and have a time-stamped post from 1998 to show that 22 years later I still maintain this fun practice for dream art and dreaming for entertainment. Here's the excerpt from that old post where I turned the dream into classic Star Wars-inspired by a New Hope.

Excerpt:

Sitting in the truck, I start to think about what would be the most fun, adventurous thing I could experience at this moment. Being a big fan of Star Wars, I always wanted to fly an X-Wing fighter and take on the DeathStar. I look at the dash and it soon forms a cockpit. The truck molds into an x-wing and I am in space flying at top speeds into a wave ofTie-Fighters. There is laser fire everywhere and I am adjusting my shields. “This is great! Perfect match!”, I remarked as I looked at a reflection of myself. I looked exactly like Luke Skywalker and had a helmet on, with the orange and white spacesuit. I have a targeting computer and dive into battle. I open fire on a Tie-Fighter and it blows up in a blaze of glory. There are laser blasts hitting my ship and the ship rocks. I dive towards the Death Star and flew into the trench where the exhaust pipe should be located. I saw the target and fired my torpedoes. It was flawless of course, and I pulled out of the Death Star. As the Death Star blew up, I was somehow caught in the blast and everything started to decay. There were familiar patterns of yellow and white clouds and I started to recall how many Star Wars type dreams I have had. The memory patterns went way back into my childhood. And I could feel the excitement and joy I had as a child as I played this sort of game in the dream state. I noted that I was observing childhood dream memories that I had forgotten over time and thought that was a treasure in itself. I soon woke up and raced to my computer to write it all down.

Here is another time-stamped entry from Google Groups where I turn the dream into both a Dungeons and Dragons themed dream, and then a Gurps influenced dream. This method of dreaming for me spans 40 years as I started when I was 8.

Take that pagan!!!!
