Not even close.

Trump is the only president in over 100 years
To spend 50% of his opponent and win.

Nobody who spent less than 75% has won.

democrats have really fucked up the election on a catastrophic scale.

That's the tea leaves I'm seeing.

Could be wrong though.

In the United States, a contingent election is the procedure used to elect the President or Vice President in the event that no candidate for one or both of these offices wins an absolute majority of votes in the Electoral College.

A presidential contingent election is decided by a special vote of the United States House of Representatives, while a vice-presidential contingent election is decided by a vote of the United States Senate.

During a contingent election in the House, each state's delegation casts one en bloc vote to determine the president, rather than a vote from each representative.

Senators, on the other hand, cast votes individually for vice president.

That breaks down to 30 Republican Votes to 20 Democrat Votes in the House, and about the same breakdown for the Senate.

This is going to be Biblical.

Do we have enough House votes for Trump to win .... that's the question ... Anyone have a clue. Or how does it work. Confused.

The media called the race, none of the votes have been ratified by the states, so T is still potus until Jan.

All the states involved in law suits have been un-called

Re: Has this ever happened, states being uncalled?
The MSM does not call states and determine winners, many states also have upto nearly a month to count and validate their ballots and declare a winner. Many of the states Biden "won" the margin was so slim the state laws mandated an automatic recount or a recount if either party requested it.

The MSM knew who they were going to choose as the winner before a single vote was cast and as soon as the truth comes out they will scream "orange man stealing the election" and their followers will go nuts.

I’m rather young to this political world, only voted three times so far. However in the history of our elections I cannot recall ever reading or learning of such a tumultuous one.

Also curious if they have ever just stopped counting like they did last Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.

It appears the fireworks are just about to start.

I don't ever recall having a state flip back like this. I think even in 2000 the news media stood by there predictions that FL was for Gore. It was the Supreme Court that flipped that state.

I do not remember them ever just saying, hey we are tired , we are going home, we will finish tomorrow. Or hey, over 100k ballots showed up in the middle of the night after we said we were done counting so we went ahead and counted them. No need to look at them or anything.

Thank you for this because you put that more eloquently than I did in my OP.

But this is exactly my curiosity. They just quit counting that night, and then the fuckery started. Like what happened in Detroit when they said they were done counting but did a shift change and then boarded up the viewing windows. And the media is just like, oh yeah they’re done counting for today. I now I’m young in the scale of these things, but never would I guess that would have occurred. That night I knew something was amiss, and until today I have felt like Trumps admin wasn’t really fighting. I no longer feel that.

As you say, you're young, but it's so refreshing to me (being an almost old-timer) someone young ask serious and good questions instead of the robots on the left. Keep it up. :)

Re: Has this ever happened, states being uncalled?
No. Some here list Bush/Gore in Florida in 2000 but Bush won on election night and still won in the recount. Election night he won by like 1000-2000 votes, after which there was a mandatory recount, and then he won by 500 votes.

Gore sued to get manual recounts (of machine ballots) of certain districts in Florida. After many lawsuits the Supreme Court eventually ruled in favor of one of Bush's and stopped one of these recounts that was on-going in Miami-Dade because it was after the 'certification date' of the state (that had already been extended by Florida's Supreme Court.

Re: Has this ever happened, states being uncalled?
The best comparison to 2020's election is the 1876 election. Complete with voter fraud, violence to the Republican party and back door dealings.

Ultimately, if Trump does not concede, it can go before the House and Senate. This is why they are pushing for him to do so...the system is a 2 tier set to make sure we have a president.

As to the media, this projection of winners is mostly done by various "decision desks" and they use historical data (why the West Coast is always blue even before one vote comes in), polling data, exit polls, surveys of early voters and generally leaks from the polling stations on how people are voting when they start counting or from early votes. Then they make an educated guess based on the data at hand.

The problem is, they didn't do it with this election and are jumping too quick to make a decision with extreme bias, so all it's doing is undermining the already untrustworthy fake news in an effort to out the bad orange man.

You are right. This is ALL wrong. I have been voting for DECADES and not only have I never heard of states just stopping the voting mid-stream for NO REASON but I have never heard of the frigging media being in charge, apparently, of the election, calling and uncalling states, casting electoral votes, pulling them back, each news station having their own count!!

Yes, it is all wrong and absolutely insane.

^this

Only legal votes count. Too many shenanigans in Michigan, Wisconsin, etc - numerous states. 28 states using software programs connected to Pelosi and Feinstein - causing numerous "glitches" favoring Biden.

Looking at the map this morning, Biden is at 259 (not enough to be called President elect) - uncalled states Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania: [link to www.realclearpolitics.com (secure)]

^However, that election map with all the red/blue and gray (uncalled) states should be brown because it's full of shit.
