It's a given. And its going to be a huge constitutional problem.

SCOTUS, if it gets that far, will have four options:

1- Order recounts in states with fraud, mail fraud, illegal ballots, tampered computer systems, multiple routers, and backdated ballots.

2- They can order the states to decide on their own whether to recount or not.

3. They can do nothing.

4. They can nullify the election for president and have Congress decide. The House chooses the president and the Senate chooses the VP.

My best guess is that SCOTUS will look at option #1 but will choose option #4.

We know ballots have been tampered with, destroyed, dumped in trash bins, changed from Trump to Biden, counting systems tampered with numerous times, and USPS breaking election laws by backdating late ballots.

SCOTUS will have no chose but to declare 10 states be nullified so there is not a winner. This triggers the 12th Amendment and Congress takes it from there.

OP, I hope you are right. However, I don't trust Roberts or even Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh was a Bush buddy. As for Coney-Barrett, many think she is the icing on the cake, but I don't trust her and truly believe she could be strong-armed into following the crowd.

I think that the Supreme Court will vote to throw out any ballots received after the Pennsylvania Legislature rules for last votes counted. The Pennsylvania lower court cannot overrule the state legislature according to the U.S. Constitution.
