(Sec. 5 amended June 8, 2010, by Prop. 14. Res.Ch. 2, 2009. Operative Jan. 1, 2011.) The question is, by highest votes in the primary do they mean Cali specifically or the national level- because Pedo Joe did win that. Let the Truth be told, though the Heavens may Fall |

It just says the state can't deny a political party ballot access in the general election, if they were included in the primary -- so long as they go with their highest vote earner in the primary. It doesn't say a recognized party can't put whoever they want on the ballot. In this case, it just says, if Sanders WANTED to run on the general ballot, the state couldn't stop him. |

Agree, but at the end I'd say that if the Dems had wanted to put Sanders on the ballot on its line, California could not have stopped him. It was up to the party, not Sanders. As for Biden, Warren, Harris or anyone besides top vote getter Sanders, this law does not prevent the state from stopping the Dems from putting them on the ballot. But the state doesn't have to stop them, and it didn't. I don't see that there's anything here. Great that we took back the seat in 28, OC. Also heard that we got the seat in the area of Death Valley and Victorville, district 8. The Dems were claiming those people in the desert were voting Dem, must have tried massive cheating. .
