First off Python is a scripting language. There's nothing to compile, unless the retards at Dominion decided to make an EXE using Tkinter or QT4 or some shit.

Second if you're decompiling code, the decompiled code NEVER contains comments. The fact is the larper is just typing shit into HexEdit and VSCode and riling up people.

Pure larp.
As you can see from the """disassembly""", there are many "invalid"s. this means opcodes that don't exist and such. This means this isn't actually an executable. This alone is an extreme redflag as nobody who even knows what disassembling is or does could possibly make such a mistake.
As you can see from the hex editor, he's literally just staring at a plaintext file (namely some python script). Another redflag for the same reason, but even more damning.
As for the code itself, as per your pic, it's literally nothing. A list of abbreviations to neighborhoods with some boilerplate to setup a logger (a thing that prints things to the screen in a more structured way than just normal print statements, which can usually be configured to only show messages at certain levels like debug and above (for ease of debugging), warning or above (for user ease of debugging) or error or above (for end-users and such)).

It is all right here, how Dominion hackers did it. And YES there is VERY MUCH to see all swing states need auditing and pronto. They will show you how it works and when the algorithm starts on 3 counties in Michigan.
In these 3 counties approx 132,000 votes switched Trump to Biden.

Never heard one single credible person speak of viewing frazzzledrip video, only liars and charlatans and internet attention-seekers will talk cryptically about viewing it but won’t say where/how. Not true. One can make Python executables, so called "pyc" files and they can be decompiled 1:1, so even with comments (unlike C++ e.g.)
