In PA, they have a good number of ballots where the Secretary of State sent out guidance saying do not reject any ballots for signature mismatch and that makes them unvetted ballots, not just a few, millions.

They're not asking for a recount, recounting the mess currently in, they're asking for a re-canvassing.
