That’s a request at this time, it has not been granted yet but hoping it will.

Its 10 am roughly west coast, 10:02. Noon roughly East Coast a ruling in Michigan is supposed to be out.

I imagine this might be it.

Real news, but it's just a request from two state senators. It remains to be seen if anything comes of it.

A Michigan state judge has rejected an attempt by two poll challengers to block the certification of a Joe Biden win in Detroit, which helped carry his victory in the state. The judge also denied the request for an audit of the election.
