there is an old MMORPG that is almost dead but they keep the servers up and running ... still completely free.

then you could bring your kids along for the ride and allow them to show you how to game a bit. the game is completely kid friendly, along the lines of roblox ... ever play muffin defense in roblox ... loved that one ..

but think on it for a bit....you wouldn't have to spend anything outside of maybe a headset with a mic if you already have old PCs (multiple if you are going to bring the kids along) ..I get to be the cleric ....: ) gotta hear you sing baby
