They say Merlin lived backwards...

Been observing this even more lately. Focusing on being 'comfortable' in the ebb...it feels uneasy sometimes. Reminding myself it is ok to feel uneasy - then the feeling fades. I would go so far as to say I can feel the gathering of the heavy energy in my body - and if I Am Being mindful at the time, can release it with breath. Or sometimes I get smashed in the wave...lol Either way - we get back up and find our bearings.
