Good question, I've always wondered what happened to trafficked children from the galactic slave trade and other breakaway groups. I've heard there are 9 different races on Mars so Elon has to bring an army to even think of setting up a base there. So yes they do have control systems in Phobos and mars. Greetings, all.

I would like to provide an update on my use of the Monroe Institute Gateway Experience CDs.

As discussed in this thread, we know factually that the CIA was deeply involved in learning Robert Monroe’s astral travel techniques by means of the Hemi-Sync technology he developed. However, there remains a question of whether or not they commandeered the entire Gateway Experience following his death in order to prevent people from learning the Truth about the astral reality of our existence in order to maintain the Soul prison farm in this physical world.

Due to these suspicions, I’m still taking the process very slow and controlled for the reasons previously cited in this thread.

Of the 7 total CD’s in the Gateway Experience, I’m still on the first one. This is not only by choice, but also because I am thus far unable to progress past Wave 1 onto Wave 2.

The good news though, is I can absolutely attest that the Hemi-Sync binaural tone technology absolutely DOES work to very rapidly bring a person into a meditative state.

Let me back up a step first.

Ordinarily, when any person closes their eyes, the Mind automatically takes over and projects all kinds of images and scenes. This is extremely difficult for most people to control and shut off. It is the Number One arch nemesis of every human that has ever undertaken meditation. The ability to shut off the never-ending flow of thoughts and images is THE hurdle to overcome.

I have NOT read this anywhere, but what I have personally discovered through this process is that I can significantly limit (or even stop) the Mind’s flow of imagery by mentally forcing the physical eyes to still “see” and “look” into the blackness of my closed eyelids. It is a real discipline, because the Mind fights the idea of “nothingness” and immediately begins force-feeding imagery and thoughts that we “see” in the Mind. It’s as if a switch is thrown when we close our eyes. The Mind realizes there is no physical input from the eyes, so it immediately switches to mental projections, and this is almost impossible to stop. I have found that by forcibly “looking into the darkness” of the closed physical eyes, I can significantly stop the flow of Mind-generated imagery.

In doing so, I can literally “see” the Hemi-Sync entrainment synchronization of the two hemispheres of the brain occurring.

Let me explain.

At the start of the Focus 3 meditation, I switch off the mental imagery by “looking into the darkness” of my closed eyes, and I am able to see “light swirls” and concentric rings of light moving inward and outward. Gradually, as the binaural tones work to entrain the brain, the swirling concentric light rings begin to come into a pattern and regular pulse. At that time I begin to see a small spot of purple light forming in the center of the pulsing, swirling light rings. The purple center gradually increases in size and brightness, and a “calm” settles into the Mind. It is at that moment I am experiencing the Hemi-Sync of the brain.

From here, Bob Monroe verbally guides you into putting the body asleep, but keeping your Mind awake. This state of “Mind awake, body asleep” is referred to as Focus 10.

However, this is where I am experiencing the opposite of what Focus 10 is supposed to be achieving. Focus 10 is “Mind awake, body asleep” in which you are hypnotically guided with Monroe’s voice to cause your body to go to sleep, but your Mind is supposed to be fully awake.

Thus far, my Mind keeps falling asleep as well, and I can’t stay awake for the meditation.

The entire Gateway Experience hinges on Focus 10 in which you can astral travel. But you can’t achieve that if your Mind is also asleep along with your body.

You are not supposed to advance further into the CD’s until you have mastered the first steps, because the entire Gateway Experience hinges on achieving Focus 10: Mind awake, body asleep.

I am able to come close, though. I get to the point that I literally do not feel my body at all, and my existence is more of a “mental presence” with no physical reality. That’s precisely what you are supposed to experience, but it’s at that point my Mind keeps slipping into the Dream state instead of remaining awake.

This happens rapidly with continued use of the CDs. The Mind immediately recognizes the Hemi-Sync tones and I can actually feel my body automatically go into a very relaxed state without even trying. But once I get to Focus 10, it’s suddenly “zzzzzzzzzzz”, and I nod off into dreamland.

Now, I can’t say that it’s an act of CIA saboteurs that have somehow disabled the Focus 10 “Mind awake” state. I will continue to practice until I can regularly remain awake in a “mental presence with no physical body”.

That process could very well take many weeks or even months. Time will tell.

For now, I simply wanted to furnish an update on my use of the Gateway Experience CD’s.

OP, since you talk about contracts after death maybe you could shed some light on dreams i have about some entities coaxing me into signing some kind of contract? When the time to sign the contract comes everything turns a shade of red, like someone just swapped a lightbult to a red painted one. There is a device that spins horizontaly with a round object at the end of it and they call it the dream catcher. There are 3 entities, 2 women who are talking me into signing the contract and one who ive never seen, but it explains things to me. The exact terms of the contract i forget when i wake up, but i know them clearly in the dream and i distrust it. Im having fun discussing this contract and learning all kinds of things from the 3rd entities explanations. I even spinned in a chair so fast i fell over, somehow the circular room with all kinds of symbolisms was giving me speed or so it felt like.

Once i noticed everything turn the shade of red i realized im in the phase/fade and i tried to call it out, but woke up as a defense mechanism.

I bought the tapes on 29 Dec 1994 (receipt date). I used the 1st Wave and on tape 6 (Focus 10) I had the vibrations and slipped out of body. I did not go back to them since last year/now.

I am trying to digitise them using a ghetto blaster and Audacity software on Windows 8.1 but I am finding the tapes are getting tangled up and breaking and otherwise not working properly. Yet cheap tapes from as much as 15 years before work perfectly well.

Here is the clincher. If you search for document CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210016-5.pdf it is titled: SUBJECT: Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process. 9 June 1983

My tapes are Wave I (Copyright 1981), Wave II-IV (Copyright 1983) and Wave V-VI (Copyright 1984).

Robert Monroe died on 17 March 1995 before my tapes arrived.

I am trying to salvage them and Wave I is intact but the 1st tape of Wave II, may not be perfect and I fear for the quality of the remaining 29 tapes.

He wrote 3 books, readily available on Amazon:

*Journeys out of the Body
*Far Journeys
*Ultimate Journey

It is a Trilogy. Each one builds on the previous one, so I recommend you get all three.

Reading his books will greatly expand your understanding of the Astral vs the Physical, and aid you to fully understand what you’re doing if you decide to enter this rabbit hole.

Based on your post of Soul contracts, you absolutely positively MUST enter the rabbit hole if you don’t want to repeat the reincarnation cycle.

During an old interview of Monroe I recently listened to, he stated the importance of learning astral travel so you can make choices and not be forced. I was intrigued that he cut himself short at that second and dropped the matter of being forced. Either the interview was edited at that point to omit what followed, or he realized “oops, shouldn’t have said that”.

The OP of this thread made a statement that is absolutely profound and beautifully summarizes this entire thread. Mind you, this is a paraphrase of his words, but captures the essence of his thought:

Is there any validity to the idea that I should not do much reading yet or ask too many questions now, especially if it keeps happening naturally?

I know it might sound crazy, but this whole thing is crazy, at least to me. My thinking behind minimal study is, that given the nature of what this is, I’m thinking that it could be possible to place a ceiling or barrier on some thing I might be capable of by reading about someone else’s limitations.

If that sounds crazy, I would have a few more questions for you. I have books from R. Monroe set to go.
