To my understanding, having children does not forfeit one's right to 'ascend" (don't like that term, as it implies too much new age disinformation, in my opinion) - it is imperative that each reincarnated soul obtain the advanced gnosis (knowledge/knowing) of what this enslaved experience is and has been for millenia. Every soul has an opportunity (to become enlightened enough to free themselves) or the decision by indecision (to continue to reincarnate into repeated physical incarnations).

One's soul is not "forced" to reincarnate, though is difficult. The law of free will (especially for the soul) is still intact. The adage 'Lack of knowledge of the law is not a defense' is analagous here. For the overwhelming majority, their souls' lack of knowledge, coupled with the trickery (metaphorically pushing the soul into the white light) makes it virtually impossible to escape the reincarnation/recycling process.

The matrix holes of the grid (specifically finding them and willfully insisting on exiting) is the manner in which one may escape to end the process.
