Irrelevant because

Jesus did not say “all has been paid in full”.
It’s not in the Bible nor in any other holy book that I know of.

Even if some psychic channeler has claimed that those were Jesus’ last words, there is no reason to assume life really works that way nor that a man/god sacrificing his life and claiming it absolves mankind from responsibility for how they lived their lives has any authority or power to make that happen.

“Reincarnation” so called is spirit obsession, possession, or attachment by spirits of dead people to the bodies of living people and calling themselves reincarnated, sometimes even driving out the original spirit that belongs with that body.
