It is wonderful that you care about other people so much - that is a very good quality. I try to treat everyone with love and compassion although I do prefer to be alone most of the time, as it is exhausting to be around others for too long.
How on earth did you overcome your fears? To have such experiences in the astral must have been extremely unnerving, but it sounds like you handled it. I am excited for the book about visualization to arrive so I can get started, thank you again for the recommendation.

UNNERVING IS JUST THE BEGINNING. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL. NOT ONLY AM I TRYING TO HELP PREVIOUSLY NOT KNOWN DECEASED HUMANS, I ALSO HAVE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY DECEASED FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.
THE PROGRAMMING IS STRONG IN THE AFTERLIFE. CLOSE FRIENDS CAN BECOME MIND CONTROLLED AND TURN AGAINST YOU. SOMEONE WHO WAS VERY CLOSE TO ME HAS TURNED INTO A HORRIBLE PERSON IN THE AFTERLIFE. THE EMOTIONAL PAIN CAUSED BY ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN TREMENDOUS. BUT THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE.
THE CHOICE CAN ONLY BE HELPING ALL OTHERS AND CREATING REAL FREEDOM.
Thank you so much for your excellent ideas/suggestions, I am going to implement them. I think part of the problem for me has been that I feel so helpless and don't have a plan. But, this gives me a place to start. I also ordered the book on The Silva Method, I found one on ebay today that is from 1977 (I had read on Amazon that some of the newer editions were incomplete, I'm not sure how true that is). I'm so sorry for all the pain you've gone through and go through. My hope is that one day, from the True, Free Universe, we can all look back on this as a fading, bad dream.
