Again why did the original source of all allow this to happen? No one anywhere has that actual answer. That is the real question. Things are not what they seem.... to anyone.

However you forget Jesus Christ has come to earth, amongst mankind - as the "Son of Man" - for a reason. Focusing on a Demiurge might have made sense at the time of the Gnostics but not anymore perhaps. Yes I believe Jesus called out the demiurge as Satan/Saturn which rules this reality and is the blood thirsty god of the old testament. Demons hate and fear his name for a reason. They fear Gnosticism which is why they killed Christians and gnostic Cathars until the Vatican subverted Christianity for its own means. Jesus brought back god energies or Christ consciousness. These are much higher density energies which demons hate. I don't think anyone is trying to derail the thread but we are trying to see if there are any truths or helps or snippets of useful information in Jesus or Buddha teachings/stories. For example, the Cathars were completely obliterated for a reason - what did they know that we don't know?
