You seem to know a great deal, I've repeatedly asked for spiritual teachers/mentors I could seek help from in passing through some roadblocks, specifically astral projection. If I understand correctly what you're saying is that after physical death we are thrown into a survival situation with lures, traps, and good samaritans, even if we succeed in resisting the "light trap" we are still lost and "need to plan our next move" which sounds a lot like someone being stranded on an uninhabited island. What skills are useful after physical death? Someone like me who can't do astral projection or lucid dream at all would be like a baby learning to walk, how would self-defense work? What can I still practice in life that would give me a better chance of escaping, and please tell me more than "just do X" I most likely don't know how to do X, if you can, please show me where I can learn it. So far my knowledge is very limited, I have read a little on Qabalah and the Emerald Tablets, I've meditated heavily before, but find it nearly impossible now. I've experienced some "paranormal" things throughout my life, in fact, a blond girl who keeps reappearing in my dreams sent me here, before she was taken away.
