If you astral travel, post astral travel,be prepared for having off worlders, shadow people, demons, and governments following you and those you love. If you interfere with the system, in a way that interferes with your soul contracts, you will receive nightly attacks I. What you believe are your dreams(re-programming) and attacks on the those with whom you interact with. The off worlders may start telling you(voices in your head) to kill yourself a hundred or more times a day. It will become important to stay busy. Any downtime will allow the voices to speak loudly.
It is worth doing but know you will be messed with. They will erase emails, alter your typing, mess up any electronic communications, and other interference to delegitimize you. Do not get caught up in battles or feuds with grays, reptiles or other dimensional beings. Those are all traps. Focus on joyful interactions. Those can be traps too but at least you might discover some cool spiritual truths. Sometimes, the off worlders will disguise themselves as your kindly overseers, just wanting to help you... Listen to what other spirit beings say but not every angel or lovely looking being is a truth teller. Think on their words. If you feel truth it is one thing but also believe the opposite may be true. Lean toward both and feel the conflict of both thoughts. Some will bury a poison pill hidden inside a truth too.
Enjoy your travels though. Do use discernment and don’t pick fights. You may get them soon enough. Be are that destructive or what appears to be calls to violence toward others and or yourself could be attempts to use you as mind controlled killer or suicide/ killer. You will get many do not enter commands, during astral projection. Imagine, though, how you would not want someone in your head. There are plenty of places, dimensions etc.. where there are yes’ do enter’s... but make sure in your spirit that you have tested the spirit of that yes... Do astral project but do realize that some who astral project never make it back and leave their body stranded without a soul/spirit. Good and peaceful intentions will carry you far...

These type people are equivalent of sociopaths whose physical bodies who only survive for their own hunger and thirst. It is a terrible thing to leave a body and not return to it. Unclean spirits will pour into the body. These spirits may even look like you. Even after your physical death, these spirits or ghost who look like you and know you, are trapped on Earth.Do not abandon your body, when you astral project.Sometimes, souls( of bodies with leukemia, Alzheimer’s or with bodies near death), will leave the body. These bodies, without a soul to moderate the temper of suffering body, may say or do terrible damage and say vicious things even to those they love. Those soulless bodies are wildcards and can cause harm. Go with peaceful intentions and place in yourc Conscious thoughts to return to your body. That will help to protect your soul from abandonment. The same goes for when you die. Die without fear or grudges. In this way, your thoughts and mind are the same. You can then use your mind to navigate away from the realms of fear toward better worlds. The same is true for Astral projection. Being fearless with grudges or going full of fear with no grudges both have negative outcomes. Don’t ask how to Astral Project First. Ask how do I release grudges? Releasing grudges is like peeling an onion. Peel away each layer until there is nothing left but peace. In this way, you will find the protection you asked about in this world and , in the astral and in death. Hey, thanks for the elaboration, tho this one also seems a little unclear. I simply feel the need to learn this as a skill, like a child feels the need to learn to speak/express himself properly. I have no grudges and no ill intentions, i simply wish to play in the astral. I am also not talking about the ability to enter the "fade/phase" after/during sleep. I mean intentional projection while fully awake. It is said one must be able to focus all powers of his being, the mental, physical and astral at once, thats not something you can do while lucid dreaming. HELLO FRIEND. I STARTED GETTING APPROACHED BY THE ASTRAL LAW ENFORCEMENT GOONS. THEY ARE ASSHOLE PSYCHOPATHS. THEY TOLD ME TO NEVER COMMUNICATE WITH THE DECEASED. WHEN I ASKED WHY NOT, THEY ANSWERED ME WITH BILLY CLUBS AND RELENTLESS FORCE. THE TRUTH BECAME CLEAR WHEN SOME OF THE ASTRAL COUNSELORS TOLD ME STRAIGHT UP THEY WORSHIP SATAN. THIS SEEMED INSANE. SOME OF THOSE DECEASED HUMANS IN SUPERVISORY POSITIONS WITHIN THE ARCHON HIERACHY ARE SO ARROGANT THEY PROUDLY ADMIT THEY WORSHIP AND WORK FOR THE SATANIC DEMIURGE. I NOW REALIZE THE ONLY WAY TO RESPOND TO THESE MANIACS IS BY DECLARING YOURSELF AS THE TRUE GOD. TELLING THEM YOU ARE THE ETERNAL CREATOR. IF THEY DO NOT RESPECT THAT, THEN PHYSICAL CONFRONTATION IN THE ASTRAL IS NECESSARY. PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND. YOU WILL EVENTUALLY MEET THESE ASTRAL PSYCHOPATHS. AFTER PHYSICAL DEATH IF YOU DO NOT ESCAPE THE SIMULATION YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. IT IS BETTER TO TRAIN YOUR MIND NOW IN ADVANCE.
