First, who decides which souls reincarnate into what bodies on earth?

Second, hypothetically if human life couldn't on earth, where would we go incarnate? Another planet in this 'universe'?

On another note, you never replied to my first post about synchronicity and retrocausality and what its implications are. What is your take on these phenonemon and how it ties into the archonic system?
