Thank you for this wonderful thread OP. I apologize, this will be disjointed. I’m new to this.

Just focusing on reading this thread and no other practice actually gave me my first projection experience a few weeks ago. I have previously experienced sleep paralysis several times randomly.


For the past few years, since I’ve observed and experienced quantum changes to reality, I’ve Felt like I have something to do in the astral realm. That is what brought me here.

Should I be concerned that something on the negative side of things wants me there? Or, is that unusual in your experience?

After a very quick vibration stage, I only learned this term a few months ago, l immediately left my physical body. I was not able to go through any doors. As I approached the door to leave my house, it did not occur to me to use the handle, but I also felt it was too complicated a task to go through it. I think I was drawn back into my body at one point and left a second time.


I saw two not so friendly entities. The entities were a shape shifter and an evil carnival barker. While laughing at them I did a standard four punch boxing combo like I would do in training. It was mostly out of excitement, not fear or anger.

It was not directed at either entity. Instead of traveling a few feet like I would in real life, my Astral body traveled 15+ feet and I felt like I was encased in a ball of energy.

Is this somewhat typical of some peoples experience?

Is there any thing else that jumps out at you?
