When we prepare ourselves for the death process we understand the death of the ego mind and this is an important part of our commitment to developing our consciousness on the spiritual journey. Most people do not think of what they're going to experience or feel when they reflect on what they have done with their life on Earth when they have transitioned to the next dimension. Now, when I have communicated with Earth based humans that have passed their body the most prevalent experience I found in the transit process is that many of these people felt very regretful. They had regret they didn't do more with their life on Earth. They had regret that they did not love more unconditionally everyone. They had regret that fear had stopped them from achieving important events in their life that could have changed their timeline and improved the lives of future generations. Life goes on after we drop our physical body and it is as real as you can feel yourself right now. It is even more real than our lifetimes spent on this Earth.[3]
