The collective consciousness of the world’s Souled humans is, sadly, at such a low frequency of vibration that at this stage it is impossible to overcome the Archonic power hold.
Until such time that Awareness of the fact they are prisoners in a soul prison farm exceeds 70% to 80% of their numbers, the best Souled beings can do at this stage is to learn how to NOT experience a memory wipe and forcible reincarnation.
The OP has suggested that the practice of astral travel is effectively practicing dying. Therefore, in doing so, you stand a greater chance of being in more control of your thoughts, decision, and actions in the astral world following physical death in this realm.
