Op I have a question for a certain phenomenon some can go In between awake state and sleeping state. They can feel themselves consciously and can hold their breaths for a long time. What is this called?

Could it also be bad and someone can die in it? I THINK YOU WILL BE FINE. THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY BE PHASING OUTSIDE OF THE SIMULATION. IT IS INCREDIBLY RARE, BUT I HAVE HEARD OF A FEW PEOPLE DOING IT, ALTHOUGH ONLY FOR A FEW MOMENTS. CONSIDER EXPERIMENTING WITH THIS. IT COULD BE A TICKET OUT OF THIS HELLHOLE AND INTO THE REAL FREE UNIVERSE. If I am the one doing it. It's hypotheticals. So what does one even do in this state. Do we keep pushing, do we just let go? Tell me more if one were to achieve this.
