You can open pure FLAC uncompresed perfectly fine with Foobar2000

The reason why this is not MP3 is because I wanted a carbon-copy of the original CD hence, audio formats with compression (loosy) are not an option.

You can also convert it to Mp3 if you like with any tool available but I do not recommend it. Best to play directly with Foobar or just convert it to WAV and burn it into a CD.
