Well this god is apparently omniscient, knowing the end from the beginning, so ya, created this whole sick drama, and sustains it.

Memories are erased before forced reincarnation occurs and the individual makes the same mistakes over and over which are then punished by the evil Lords of Karma. We have all lived millions of these lifetimes in this evilly created system. FALSE all memory and information is retained
