Quoting: NunyaBizz The State judge yesterday upheld the constitutional right of the legislature only, the sitting government there to set election policy. Which requires all votes be in by Nov 3 and signatures match and all the normal rules that protect citizens from fraud. Just prior to the election, the dems went to the state supreme court and had those rules changed. However, the constitution only allows the state legislatures to set the rules, not the courts, as the state legislature is most responsive to the people. So that was a rogue decision. Now, the judge yesterday upheld that constitutional law. So they ran quickly, back the very same state supreme court that went rogue on the constitution and got this rogue decision today. Now, I'm not sure if this means the state follows the illegal decision today, or the legal decision yesterday. But the Supreme Court of the land had already given them directives, which they did not follow, to segregate all votes received past 8 pm. This was a signal that the Constitution is not to be messed with and that their state judges cannot take the powers away from the legislature branch. So, what will happen next? Do they just do the legal thing and follow the legislature or do they go the Supreme Court? Forget what the state judges ruled...IT'S UNCONSTITUTIONAL...that is what Trump is saying...basically he is saying he's taking this to the SCOTUS  You don't understand. The State Court yesterday was constitutional and said to not count any votes received past 8 pm and without matching signatures. Its the Supreme Court of the state of Pennsylvania, not the Supreme Court of the US, that has gone rogue. So I don't believe Trump wants the state court that upheld the Constitution thrown out. That is what he is asking the Supreme Court of the United States to do. Only the rogue state supreme court needs to be overturned. The only people who are rogue are the ones who decided to not listen or go by their own legislature and the laws they wrote about elections, they put their own rules together and are not listen to those laws, and this the courts said for them to do. They are not listen to their laws or court or the Supreme court and by our constitution they didn't allow anyone to see those 700,000 Biden so-called votes because they weren't real, or they burned them. They sure didn't need them after flipping Trumps votes to Biden and Trumps went down and Biden's went up at the same time. This is what that computer program did, this will cause them the state because of the Constitutional laws. Not Trump those people who took it upon themselves to be little thieves as if it somehow their right to do this, well it can put them into jail. I have seen out of control people most are mentally ill, these maybe mentally ill except they run in packs like animals. There is one thing for sure, they are not thinking because the ones in Texas has already been caught and the charges are ten years for every case against her, and those cases are in the number of 134 cases, think of the cases these people are putting on themselves, and they can not hide because they are known and not big guy or gal is going to help them, cause then they will get caught. I also tried to tell these people not to do this to themselves it is stupid and a waste of their lives. Sorry I got a headache These are the times that tries men's and women's souls! May we come though it victorious! |
