On hannity tonight, Trump told Geraldo Rivera he is waiting to see what State senate republicans are gonna do, if he doesn't have their support he said he would concede.

In the case of a Presidential election thrown to the House individual Representatives don't get a vote. It's one vote per state. Republicans control the most districts in 30 States. 26 States wins the race.

It was at 5:26 in the video, BTW. I've been accused of being a grammar nazi, so there's that.

For the CONSTITUTION

This has been answered already. The guy in the OP video mostly answered it but somebody else also suggested at least one way the SC can overturn an EC decision - by invalidating various states results until no one has 270 votes. Then it goes to Congress.

It should be noted that each state only gets one vote so the relevant numbers are 26 Repub states to 23 Dem states. PA is split.

The key phrase is "if we don't have a certification". That's a big "if." It'll only happen if enough states don't certify their slate of electors by the time the Electoral College votes on December 14.

He also says that any state within 1% is an automatic recount, which is not true. It's up to the laws of the specific states. For example:

Georgia - has already said they're going to do a recount.

Arizona - recounts are only done if the difference is fewer than 200 votes. There is no provision for requesting a recount.

Nevada - any losing candidate can request a recount, but they have to pay for it unless it changes the result.

Pennsylvania - must be within 0.5%. Current difference is 0.92%, so no recount unless the Trump campaign can get some votes disqualified.

Michigan - Must be fewer than 2000 votes.

Wisconsin - Must be within 1%. Is actually 0.37%, so there will be a recount if the Trump campaign requests one.

It looks like it's 31 rep to 18 dem.

No. The phrasing in the 12th Amendment is "a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed". If the electors don't get appointed, then it's a majority of the remaining electors.

either Biden somehow got 80 million votes. Or Biden cheated using mail in ballots that were not properly challenged.

Since it's clear that Biden cheated, no GOP legislator in a state House or in Congress should certify any Biden electoral college voters from GA/PA/Az.

These states clearly cheated. Philly ran hundreds of thousands of vote without oversight. GA did God knows what. AZ took a week to get votes from Trump counties.

Guessing it says if Trump does not concede then it goes to the New House for a vote and if it does each State gets ONE VOTE in the House and EACH STATE MUST vote for the Candidate that WON their State....Trump stays in office and the US Military is dispatched to EVERY BLUE CITY IN AMERICA.

Why would Trump be interested in what the senators are going to do? The representatives choose the president, senators choose the vp.
