Correct, as planned. New York City is going full speed shutdown fast. Other cities will follow shortly. DARK WINTER.  I wonder what they mean by dark winter. Are they going to shut off the electricity and plunge us all into darkness. I wouldn't put it past these sick sadistic globalist fucks to want to freeze millions to death in the winter in order to help depopulate the planet. You can always burn down a democrat ‘s house or car to help keep you warm.
