So, if the last, oh, say 60 years of American policy means anything (especially since 911). Here's what he's really saying:
"Prepare for the next round of perpetual warfare."
Or, it could mean,
"Prepare for just flat out WW3."
One thing there's like a 99.999999999% chance that it DOESN'T mean is, an 'end to all wars' lol.
