It's declaration of NWO. Wars are between countries. There will be no wars because there will be no countries anymore. One, global government. To make it happen WW3 will be launched - 'final war to ends all wars'.
I guess this is agenda they will sell WW3 to the people. We need war to end wars, it will look like a 'good cause' we kill for. WW2 was about 'killing the Nazis', WW3 will be about 'bringing global peace through global war'.

What they mean is NWO under US rule and it means Russia and China must be conquered.
