When he says "all wars must end", I believe he meant, All wars must have an ending. Don't start a war and continue it into perpetuity.
He didn't mean to stop all wars necessarily.
Just that each war has a beginning and an ending.
Surprised that he said Al Qaeda brought the fight to our shorts on 9-11.
AL Qaeda had nothing to do with 9-11. Cheney and Rumsfeld and the rest of PNAC decided we needed a new Pearl Harbor and planned 9-11 .
How can anyone with his title be so damn ignorant of whwat happened? How can he make good policy when he doesn't know the history of even the last 20 years?
