Based on an article from Gateway Pundit which probably uses this guys tweet which he credits GP for their verification. I like GP but they are really bad at writing embellished headlines, implying certain facts without ever actually calling them facts.

The GP is an internet based operation that depends on clicks to provide funding. As I said I like GP and give them credit for some truly unbelievable scoops which turned out true during the Mueller investigation but it’s been hit or miss on most days and it’s a wild swing when they miss.

And it seems I remember that DOJ sources prior to the election had already claimed his report was finished and it found no factual basis for politically biased behavior within the whole impeachment affair. I believe at the time they claimed Durham was still writing the report but had already provided DOJ with the short version.

Does not mean that biased behavior wasn’t a part of the investigation just that it was unable to prove it. Bias is rather difficult to prove and intent is even harder to prove. I guess we will see
