Message Subject GLP was right! COVID was circulating earlier than the official lie

There have been a number of threads here on GLP in the last 6 months in which a number of people have said they had, or noticed in others, COVID-like symptoms in October and November 2019. I was one of those posters, as I thought I had observed people getting sick in my office in October and November where they had a really bad cough with a lot of phlegm. People were usually sick for several weeks. I worked around it, and did get a bit of the cough for a while, but we all thought it was just the normal gunk that comes around every winter. In February 2020, as COVID made its way into national awareness, the symptoms they were describing for COVID were quite similar to what I saw in October 2019.

So now there is some indication that GLP got it right again. A new study just concluded in Italy concludes that COVID was circulation there in September 2019:

"Italian researchers told Reuters in March that they reported a higher than usual number of cases of severe pneumonia and flu in Lombardy in the last quarter of 2019 in a sign that the new coronavirus might have circulated earlier than previously thought."

Y bother posting this here when 99 percent believe the virus is hyped up or fake?

Why bother? because quite a few people, like me, who got sick with "COVID" before the media story appeared, wonder why the "official" story doesn't track with their personal experiences? Look at all of the people who replied and had covid long before the virus became COVID-19! But there were no COVID deaths being reported in 2019, only deaths due to "regular" flu. Most people who got sick then didn't die. I thought the Italian study stating that they now believe COVID was active in their country as early as October 2019, was an interesting piece of the puzzle for those of us who did have some sickness with covid-like symptoms in 2019 or earlier. No harm intended. Why did my post trigger you?

With regard to covid being hyped-up or fake, there is no argument that the disease is real. It exists. But other questions remain, that haven't been answered. Such as why people were getting sick in the US with covid-like symptoms long before the virus was "released by China"? If some people had covid in the US in September/October 2019, how could that be if the "China" release came much later? Again, the illness is real, but somebodies got together and decided on a plan to blame the illness (a flu virus 80% similar with the 2017-2018 SARS flu) on China, and declare it a mega-killer that required swift and sweeping restrictions on the American people. It's at that point that the fake and the hype enter the discussion.
