He ordered that nobody outside of who lives under your own roof can come for Thanksgiving, without doing a 14 day quarantine. So, oops, that quarantine had to start 4 days ago to be in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Only allowing 5 people who all have to face their Thanksgiving dinner outside (it’s 35-45 degrees outside and usually raining). Or you have to have a Covid test showing negative between 2-3 days before Thanksgiving.

If, anyone getting married or who dies, no more than 30 people can attend AND no receptions allowed. So jo toast to the bride and groom, no wedding cake, nothing!

Oh and church goers, forget your freedom of religion because you can only congregate at 25% capacity, mask wearing at all times, no singing allowed, and no hands or musical instruments allowed to be played. But he allows for 1 single singer with 1 music instrument allowed to accompany the singer, but nobody else allowed to sign.

All restaurants are closed except for delivery or carry out only. All gyms closed. I guess my little boy won’t be able to attend his gymnastics class now. All businesses are required to have everyone possible work from home and keep staff to a minimum. So Insley is encouraging businesses to lay off any individual possible.
