Hilarious video. The signer is f-ing with the governor. At one point, he was signing something about the stupid mask on his face, calling it a "diaper."

He also signed "just pretend to do what they say, but when they're not looking, have all the people you want in your house for the holidays."

Where do they get these people? Funny stuff! Was that the REAL state video, or a joke?
