How can they say Biden won, such tards: Quoting: Keilani [link to ballotpedia.org (secure)] They ha e to know that if they certify falsified ballots and counts there will probably be lawsuits waiting. |

Everyone keeps talking about states certifying without realizing that some of them should have certified already. |

The one during the day definitely was Chinook, I'm in big coastal city, so that's not very common here. Last Edited by Keilani on 11/15/2020 10:34 PM |

What I read earlier on a thread, Trump's waiting for them to certify, or NOT certify (out of fear of being implicated in this scheme). This is where it's at. The thousands of fraud allegations at the lower peon level doesn't help his case, but this big software issue, I'm pretty sure these clowns are not going to want to certify if they feel they could be indicted. |

So far it appears that these states have done so: Delaware, Louisiana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming. Mississippi seems to be the only state so far that might have missed their deadline, but it sounds as if there are further steps past the deadline for certification. |

GA will be Nov 20th, MI & PA 23rd Kamala Harris is not a Natural Born Citizen. She's illegally running. Used by the Founders... Book I of The Law of Nations, Chapter XIX, § 212 (Joseph Chitty numbering) – “Citizens and natives” reads: 'The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.' 1758 Emerich de Vattel Oh' What the Hell, do I look like I want to die in some nursing home one day... America must have 4 new Constitutional Amendments... 1. Drug Tests and Mental Evaluations on all politicians and judges randomly five times per year. 2. Term Limits for Federal politicians and judges. 3. Mental and health standards for Supreme Court Justices and retirement age set. 4. A 'Star Chamber' of elected Natural Born Citizens (no attorney's) to ivestigate, try, and prosecute the politicians and government employee's as they see fit. GA will be Nov 20th, MI & PA 23rd Some legal challenges can't be filed until after the certification. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79588113 Right, but if they don't certify at all on time, then the election becomes invalid, goes to Congress to decide per constitution. Not quite, it liberates the Electors to be unbound in some states, in other states it requires a vote in the state's house or the equivalent to determine whom the electors are allocated to in part or whole, in others that assignment is at the discretion of the states' governors, and lastly some state abstain from sending any Electors Votes to the Federal House of Representatives thereby changing the number needing for a win. Although there is some contention on this and some legal scholars say that the Electors are bound by vote not appointment. So we may yet see more legal fireworks. |

All of that seems to work in Trump's hands. Any delay, in my opinion, shows cracks in the narrative. Yeah, this should be some really big fireworks in the next two weeks, buying some popcorn tomorrow, LOL. |

GA will be Nov 20th, MI & PA 23rd How can any state just certify if there is lawsuits and legitimate concern from the FEC about this election being overrun with fraud and nefarious activity as well as code violations on ballot counting??? If they certify anything at all, it should wait until all these allegations with proof are examined and lawsuits are heard. If this turns out to be over whelming evidence there should not be any certification. Those who would want to rush have plenty to hide.
