It looks like OP is being held hostage, too, as he seems to have disappeared after the original post.

It sound like viable evidence of fraud was stashed in that storage unit. Yes, sounds 100% absolutely believably true. Young brother's friend escaped the FBI-guys-taken-hostage situation with the folder in hand!
