Best Semi Auto 9mm Compact Pistol

What would be ideal for my mom who has arthritis in her thumbs....she cannot manage to pull back the whatever its called on her ruger any longer.....getting older bits!

My mom has the same problem. I got her a snub nosed .38. Point and shoot. She doesn't have to worry about racking a slide.

Don’t waste your money. Biden/Harris will make this country like Great Britain, Japan and Australia and you won’t be able to have a handgun anyway. You won’t be able to have any firearms in your home at all and certainly not for self defense. Think I’m kidding wait and see. When they steal the 2 Georgia Senate seats they will be drunk with power and will go crazy passing radical laws.

Glocks are the most durable and easy to fix if they break. Parts are everywhere and can be field stripped in seconds, literally seconds.

On compact and subcompact glock, just make sure you fire lower grain bullets. Like 124g for a 9mm or 165g for a .40 s&w. For short barrel semi-autos, the lighter bullet will have a bit less recoil and be more reliable.

Agree. Everything I hear about it is that it's as good as the Slim.

I'm starting to find 9mm ammo in SoCal again.

I only carry Sig. I carry a P229 but a P239 is more compact. Not a huge fan of striker guns (I realize not many share my opinion on that)
