You must not pack in debris and infection though as that will spread across the cranial nerves like 5 and 7 and go the brain. Take a tooth infection seriously but an ordinary common sense frugal approach with work for awhile. |

They may be far away from a town and have to remedy it themselves. Why do you think chewing tobacco was popular? That was an old way to treat a sore inflamed tooth. The way I suggested will work. If you can, go out in the yard, get some common plantain, mash it up with the garlic and honey and clean water. It will work. |

Is there a pocket bulging out? If so, that is an infection. It will pop easily. Wash that with a mouthwash with phenol in it like listerine. See that phenol was used on wounds in ww1 to disifect them. Then do as above. That has to be lanced. Then it will heal just fine. The reason it is sore and inflamed is that has a pocket of dying white blood cells that tried in vain to kill the infection. |

SilverHealth
User ID: 79655243 United Kingdom 11/18/2020 10:36 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The average life of an amalgam silver filling is 18.9 years. I think its something like 12 years for white composite. People think they last forever but eventually you get micro-shrinkage which then allows bacteria to get into the root. Not uncommon to have a filling last 30+ years but actually it probably was already failing to seal the gap 5-10 years before. Many times dentist have been found to start drilling holes everywhere just to collect the cash and ruin perfectly good teenage teeth over a minor surface defect which then sets them up for a lifetime of problems. The worst thing you can do to anyone is drill deep holes in molars and fill them with toxic mercury. |

The worst thing you can do to anyone is drill deep holes in molars and fill them with toxic mercury. I experienced that. A dentist ruined my teeth when I was a kid and I had a silver mouth. That continued until the fillings fell out and teeth crumbled. Now I have crowns and implants, but the teeth look OK on first glance. I don't chew much and don't miss that, but I really had to pay along the way. Dentists like to blame you for tooth decay, no matter how hard you work to keep the teeth together. |
