I can only speak for myself but I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to getting a good night's sleep.

Lol. Yep. One of those nights.

For the past two months I am lucky if I get at least 3 hours of sleep a night. Totally sucks. I need the Covid bullshit to end and arrests to start..then I will sleep.

I'm hoping you can too.

Ouch. Had my share of spills on motorcycles. Just a few years ago I flipped a 4 wheeler over backwards onto me. Back felt a little funny after but that one scared me pretty good.

I rolled a Banshee down the side of a monster hill at Wayne National Forest lol. Cracked my case and what felt like my whole body haha! I was good though, got up, dusted myself off and limped back to our camp site.
