Ive tried everything from adding an hour to my workouts to working an hour or two over at work, WTF!!! Quoting: Mist Walker Still cant sleep in past 3, it's like my body knows something is up and has went into auto detect mode and it must be expecting something during the early mornings lol. God has a PLAN and DO NOT FORGET IT. Well, that escalated quickly. . "Stop the lockdown. Stop the masks. Stick your vaccine up your ass." - Tess....AMEN! "What does CENSORSHIP reveal? [imgur] [link to i.imgur.com (secure)] Yeap. Past 3 nights. Wake up right at 3am. Can’t sleep until an hour later more or less. It happens from time to time but not 3 nights in a row. I take melatonin sometimes. Sometimes it works and others it doesn’t. |

Could be, i wont rule anything out at this point but i dont notice any digestive problems at all, everything is normal on that front, at least as far as i can tell. Nothing has changed but the time i wake up, sleeping 6 to 7 hours like i always have. I started having sleeping problems right after I noticed a 5G tower not far from me Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71365124 I popped up over night Since then, about 5 hours sleep a day for months now gotta watch them 5G'S!! I'm up every morning between 2 and 4 am. I like it because it's dark, and quiet, and no one is around to bother me (like during the day). Quoting: Alsabiades Honestly, i love it but im an introvert now, i didnt use to be this way, i was always very social but now, i prefer the silence lol. It just sucks because i fall asleep, its dark, i wake up, its dark lol. Could be worse i guess, i could live in Alaska where they are about to have like 2 months of darkness lol |

Sometimes it works and others it doesn’t. Thats exactly how it started for me, just a couple nights then boom, been months now. It might actually be a liver problem, as the liver "wakes up for work" around 2 a.m. Quoting: Kagnimir 78589715 Well if it is, im fucked, i wont be going to get checked unless its an emergency. Mine was nightly as well until it turned into a monthly thing lol. I wanna say around April or May is when my sleep schedule went full on stupid. Sigh.......Once you get over Fifty....forget about a regular schedule for sleep.....I'll go to sleep any time I feel tired during the day, if I don't get enough sleep the night before. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76254693 Im in my early 40's, fairly healthy but i have noticed it more and more over the last 2 or 4 years, which is to be expected. I'm actually part of the 'doesn't go to bed until after 3am' crew. I've been a hopeless night owl all my life. Quoting: Peepaws I was to for a very long time, i worked 3rds so i was well used to it. |
