Very difficult but I think I am making progress. I feel for people that are going through the same mind bending calamity bestowed upon us by treacherous groups of peoples. In other words I am losing much sleep also. I try to take a one hour nap midday or there about. This seems to help me very much. But I cannot always do so. Last nightmare i had (been months), i was at my dads house which is on top of a hill overlooking the city, i'm standing there doing something with an engine on an engine stand and all of the sudden i heard a super sharp sound, that felt like a punctured ear drum which is a wierd feeling when you're dreaming, i then turned around and there was a massive mushroom cloud that had just went off in the distance. It was so fkn real, scared the shit out of me actually, i dont usually have nightmares but that one got to me. |
