There are supplements that can lengthen you telomeres without the expensive equipment. It's a fairly long list of supplements, and I don't have it with me right now, but you can do the research. Some, like L Arginine, are taken in very large doses. Some, like iodine, require only a very small amount. I haven't had my telomeres measured since starting the regime, but I'm healthy and active for a 66 year old man. I'm planning on being around for a lot longer.
