Nothing mentioned today was a jailable offense. It was offenses that land you in prison, not jail, at minimum. Doing what was alleged on the behalf of a foreign actor though...could be argued as a death penalty offense though, not a 6 month jail sentence, or a 10 year prison sentence.

I know we're all desperate for something, but its been "just wait two more weeks" for too long. Either they have the goods or they don't, and really at this point it'd be a miracle at this point. Look, we all know we're at the end of the film where the bad guy is making his speech and about to shoot the good guy and set off his plan for world domination. Guys I’d love for this to be true. Nothing I’d love to see more than troves of deep state actors hauled off to prison. But, it’s just not gonna happen.

They haven’t even charged a single actor in the entire Russia hoax. They’ve got reams of evidence. Not only have they not arrested and charged anyone, they even refuse to release the Durham report because it might look political and influence the election. Does that sound like people getting prepared to arrest and jail these criminals that stole an election? Hell, Barr isn’t even playing the game where you arrest a low level guy, threaten him with long prison time, then get him to flip and name the higher ups. A group of 8th graders could prosecute this case yet Barr does nothing. Trump is the same. He doesn’t care to expose and punish those that are behind this stuff.

They will NOT take a case brought by Trump. No way, no how. No matter what his lawyers are able to find.

One more thing....affidavits are damn near worthless. It’s the absolute lowest form of information a court will accept.
