Bell is talking about sterilizing the virus itself, not sterility in terms of a human being reproducing. This is the kind of thing that makes those legitimately opposed to forced vaccinations and who point out known risks associated with vaccines look bad. I'll be surprised if this doesn't wind up in the news and as a fact check being used for exactly that purpose. Making people look bad.

NO he is most certainly not saying that the vaccine will sterilize people to make them clean, and sanitary, virus-free, in the same way we sterilize surfaces, medical equipment, and such. It's called Sterilizing Immunity. It's a principal related to vaccine development and has nothing to do with sterilizing people and it is in fact one of the things Trump was referring to and trying to explain.
