There's NOTHING in the Constitution that allows for any delays past inauguration date...so...that means their EC votes cannot be pledged!!

Trump doesn't need to WIN these states with fraud election, he simply needs to keep Biden from winning.

If no candidate has a majority (270 or more votes) then it goes to Congress where each state gets one vote.

More Republican states = Trump Victory!
