Can someone explain this to me like I'm 5? What does the circuit court do?

Then they can rule the state was an illegitimate vote and under Amendment 12 of the Constitution it goes to the House and they vote for the President. The entire election is as if it never occurred and is totally thrown out. Each state in The House gets only 1 SINGLE VOTE. REPUBLICANS CONTROL 37 states in the House even though there are more DEMs overall. Donald John Trump will be re-elected President by Nancy Pelosi’s House.
