Perp: White male in his 30s
Quoting: CK Dexter Haven 30s? That's a gamechanger. Hmm. Not 20 year old's fighting, then. In February at same mall they had a shooting. Perp was 17 year old black guy. I know back home most mall shootings (all mall shootings) perp is black. (CherryVale Mall in Cherry Vally, Illinois, it's way to close to Rockford, IL)
